Who we are

What we collect and why

Email address and first name

Collected when you sign up for the Creative Clarity Guide, submit the quiz for your archetype breakdown, or fill out the coaching intake form. We use this to send you the resource you requested and, with your consent, occasional emails about new offerings. We use MailerLite to manage email delivery.

Payment information

When you purchase a workbook or music download, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — Stripe handles all payment data under their own PCI-compliant infrastructure. You can review Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

Usage data

We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, time on site, general location). This data is aggregated and anonymized — we cannot identify individual visitors from it.

To deliver the product or resource you requested
To send follow-up emails related to your purchase or signup (you can unsubscribe any time)
To send occasional emails about new books, workbooks, or coaching offers — only if you opted in
To improve the site and understand what content is most useful

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Email and unsubscribing

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Click it and you're off the list immediately. Transactional emails (purchase receipts, download links) are still sent regardless of marketing preferences because they're necessary to fulfill your order.

Cookies

This site uses minimal cookies — primarily for session management and analytics. We don't use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work correctly.

Data retention

We keep your email address on our mailing list until you unsubscribe. Purchase records are retained as long as required for tax and accounting purposes (typically 7 years). You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailinghello@wandarogers.com.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; object to how we process it; or request a copy of what we hold. To exercise any of these rights, emailhello@wandarogers.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Refund policy

Workbooks: Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered. If there's a technical issue with your download, email us and we'll fix it.

Music downloads: Same as workbooks — non-refundable once the download link is delivered. Contact us if you have a technical issue.

1:1 Coaching: If you don't find the first session valuable, we'll refund your full investment — no questions asked. After the first session, refunds are handled case-by-case. Emailhello@wandarogers.com.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
